And how one could like that something control our lives and mind.        Memories are nothing but a data stored in our mind in form of some chemicals.  Memories are always of past and it is memory because we remember it. In-fact memories are meant to be remembered. This memory could by of any types bad or good. happy or sad. welcome to lifestyle101.com In this blog i am going to upload the deatailed and easy expaination of the great life changing book 'Shreemad bhagwad geeta'. There are total 18 adhyay which include 700 sanskrit slokas. It is a part of epic mahabharata. This generally include conversation between arjuna and krishna in which shree krishna guides Arjuna and teach all life lessons.         I will upload 1 adhyay at time in each blog.  In each blog there will be detailed explanation of each adhyay.
