I will upload 1 adhyay at time in each blog. In each blog there will be detailed explanation of each adhyay.

Shreemad bhagwad geeta

Adhyay :- 1

In the first adhyay there is conversation between dhutrastra and sanjay(brother of dhutrastra)
Dhutrastra ask sanjay about the war that what did his and pandu's son did?

sanjay replied that on seeing the army of the opposite side duryodhan went to dhronacharya and explained the whole scenario with great people.

After that he said to have a look at his(duryodhan) army that he also have great people including guru dhronacharya, pitamaha bhisma etc.,

The Śaṅkha(conch), dhol, mrudang or music to declare start of war was played from both sides. Those voices was that much extreme that it made both sky and land vibrate.

After this arjuna asked shree krishna to ride the chariot and place it at the center of both the armies so that he could see all the warriors of opposite army.

On seeing that the warriors on opposite side are his own family members like uncles, teachers, brothers, grandsons, in-laws etc., whole heart of arjuna filled with compassion and said krishna that on seeing all the people there his body is losing the state of war and the whole body is vibrating and thrilling. The mouth is getting dry.

The bow in his hand is slowly slipping, the skin is also feeling a sensation of burning or his mind is wondering around and because of all this he is not able to stand.

He told Krishna that he is even seeing the results to be wrong and not thinking about the weal he will get after winning the war against his own people. He don't wishes victory nor even the kingdom or its contentment and further ask that what is the purpose of this kind of kingdom? what will be its benefits of winning such a kingdom in which our own people are not with us.

He further told krishna that he would like to loose or else if he is getting trilok kingdom by winning against his own people than also he will not kill his own people. And further ask that what kind of happiness will he get after killing son of dhutrastra. He says that on destruction of once clan the clan religion also get destruct. On further destruction of this the sin rises and it attains it peak. This destroys everything. On happening of this event the clan women's get vicious. And the children's born from this women's are mongrel(hybrid). This hybrid children's are born to take to whole clan in hell. Deprived  of mass and fitness their fathers also get degeneracy. Not only all this but the people whose clan religion get destroyed those people get to stay in hell till infinity time this type of saying they have heard till now from others.

with affliction he replied that it is very sorrowful that on being this much knowledgeable they we were ready to commit this sin by killing our own people.

It will be better that he dont take any weapons and duryodhan with weapons kill him. That will be very fair for him.

On seeing all this sanjay told dhutrastra that arjuna with mourning arjuna on thinking all this is felling very sorrowfull, he has kept his bow and arrow aside and set in the backside of the chariot.

This was the end of first adhyay 'Arjunavishadyog'.

In next adhyay will see that shree krishna will make understand arjuna to get ready for the fight.
In upcoming adhyay the life teachings are there which shree krishna tell to arjuna.

Till then see you soon in next chapter. happy reading. stay tuned. stay healthy. Keep reading.
